2012 300 HP Cleaver Brooks Boiler, CBLE, 4 pass dry back design, 200 PSI design pressure, natural gas fired, meets 9 PPM NOx emissions. The pressure vessel and tubes, trim piping, and blowdown piping and valves will be hydrostatically tested. The boiler is wired for 480/3/60 VAC. The boiler is complete with the Cleaver Brooks Hawk Control System, which includes the Honeywell 7800L Flame Safeguard System for burner management and a PLC based integrated control system that utilizes linkageless controls to manage the fuel-to-air ratio independently and separately for precise fuel/air control.The boiler will undergo a simulated test fire and be electrically and mechanically checked to identify and replace any defective components. New relief valves will be installed or shipped loose for field installation. Boiler water level is controlled by continuous running pumps and a modulating feedwater valve. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 90 day parts replacement warranty on the controls from the time of shipment. No labor is included in the parts replacement warranty.
