Every Boiler Is Rebuilt Before It Ships

Reconditioning includes but is not limited to the following, whatever the manufacturer.

  1. 01Retubed as requiredBoilers are retubed wherever the inspection calls for it.
  2. 02Cleaned and paintedCleaned on the fireside, waterside, and outside, then painted.
  3. 03New gasketsNew fireside and waterside gaskets are installed.
  4. 04Hydrostatic testingHydrostatic tests are performed on the pressure vessel.
  5. 05Piping and valvesTubes, boiler trim piping, and blowdown piping and valves are tested.
  6. 06New flame safeguard controlsNew Honeywell or Fireye controls are installed.
  7. 07Electrical and control panelsNew electrical and control panels are installed as needed.
  8. 08Steam pressure controlsNew steam pressure controls are installed.
  9. 09Rewired as neededBoilers are rewired wherever needed for a safe startup.
