Our boilers range in size from 5 HP to 150,000 lb/hr, with design pressures from 15 PSI to 750 PSI for saturated steam, superheated steam, or hot water applications. Packaged steam boilers and support equipment are available from ½ HP to over 300,000 lb/hr.

Burner systems are available for natural gas, propane, low BTU gas, waste gas, digester gas, landfill gas, methane, No. 2 through 6 fuel oil, wood, and coal.

Reconditioning includes retubing as required, cleaning the fireside, waterside, and outside, painting, new fireside and waterside gaskets, and hydrostatic testing of the vessel. New Honeywell or Fireye controls, electrical and control panels, and steam pressure controls are installed as needed, and every boiler receives electrical and mechanical checks to find and replace defective components.

Yes. Reconditioned boilers include a one year parts replacement warranty on controls. We also guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition and that the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup.

New safety relief valves are installed or shipped loose for field installation, depending on the boiler and your project.
