2000 350 HP Cleaver Brooks Boiler, CBLE, 4 pass dry back design, 150 PSI design pressure, natural gas fired and No. 2 oil fired, standard NOx (convertible to 30 PPM NOx if required) The boiler has been cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. The pressure vessel and tubes, trim piping, and blowdown piping and valves have been hydrostatically tested. Anything found defective was repaired or replaced. New control and electrical panels will be installed. New Fireye Nexus Linkageless Flame Safeguard/Combustion Controls have been installed. A new Siemens Gas Train has been installed. The boiler is wired for 460/3/60 VAC. The boiler has undergone a simulated test fire and has been electrically and mechanically checked for blower motor condition and to identify and replace any defective components. New relief valves will be installed or shipped loose for field mounting. Boiler water level is controlled with on/off pumps. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on the controls. No labor is included in the parts replacement warranty.
